Disclaimer/waiver
Basic medical problem analysis can be offered and different therapeutic options can be discussed. Please understand that video conferencing has visual and tactile limitations and that this  method cannot replace a traditional person-to-person consultation. A personal physical examination will still be required in a later phase if you proceed to a surgical procedure. Prof. Blondeel waives all responsibilities on making a diagnosis, proposals for surgical procedures and any other type of therapeutical actions as long as a personal encounter has not taken place in one of the offices mentioned above.
